The installation is simple enough to be carried out by any handy man and generally takes no more than 90 min. |
| How does Envirogen work? Envirogen takes the active overflow from a mini-labs solution tanks. It then filters this chemistry and divides it into equal portions. One part is sent to waste and the other part is return at measured amounts back to the replenishment tanks. Once installed, Envirogen needs no day to day operational procedures. By reducing your chemistry usage you not only save money but also reduce the amount of waste material generated by your lab. The environmental consequences of this are obvious. |
| Will it effect Quality? Absolutely not! When using Envirogen, all Densitometry plots, both Transmission and Reflection, stay well within the tolerances recommended by the chemical manufacturers. |
| How much will Envirogen save me? You will save up to 50% of your chemical costs on your paper processor or film processor. Savings begin immediately once the installation of your Envirogen is completed. |
| What maintenance does it require? Maintenance takes about 10 minutes per month. Each month the filter mediums need to be changed and float sensors brushed to remove crystallization. |
